Standard Fees
Please note that we do not file or accept any insurance.  We offer a discounted pricing structure instead.  Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and HSA plans).

New Patient :

Initial Exam and Treatment - $115
Includes examination and applicable treatment.  Initial visit usually last approximately 50 minutes.

Required for all new patients on their first visit to our office as well as those who have not been seen by Dr. Dunn in the last 2 years.

Initial examination and treatment for patients under the age of 18, with a currently active parent or legal guardian - $65

Initial examination and treatment for patients who are 65 or older (or are Medicare Eligible) - $95

Please note that we do NOT file or accept Medicare, but we do offer a discount for services.
 

Established Patient:

Office Visit - $55

Hands-on evaluation and treatment by Dr. Dunn. Visits usually last approximately 20 minutes.

Patients who are 65 or older (or Medicare Eligible) - $40

Family Office Visit Discounts:

When being treated at the same time, families of 2 or more will receive a discount. 

First person is still $55, after which each  will be $35 per additional family member.

Must be same day and time to receive discount.

Family members 5 years old and younger are free of charge with paying family member
